It was born between Ostiense and Trastevere, on Lungotevere degli Artigiani, a stone's throw from the Ex Mattatoio, Testaccio Market and the Gazometro: a neighbourhood always buzzing with life. A pop cuisine where technique and tradition serve flavour, in a bistrot with brass shelving, gilded mirrors and vintage armchairs.
